1) Payment, Transaction or Billing Issues

2) Returns and Refunds

According to our terms and conditions, all sales of digital content are final. We do not accept returns of digital content.

3) Download Issues

Our download system is robust and fully tested. Most common issues include:

i) Download cannot be found.
Check the download setting of your browser to find out the download location. Normally it is in the “Downloads” folder of your computer.

ii) Incomplete download
An incomplete download is normally caused by a sudden disruption of your internet connection or closing the browser before the download is complete. Ensure you have a stable internet connection and enough bandwidth for downloading. Bear in mind that you have 2 chances of downloading for each of the items you have purchased.

If you are unable to complete the download process or would like us to provide a replacement for a file that is defective please contact Customer Support. If this is due to our default, we will replace the download.
